The rooms offer all the usual amenities, including heating and A/C, but noise from the street and the neighboring park can be a drawback. The dining options are decent but could use a bit more variety. The staff is helpful and friendly, making the stay pleasant overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and offered excellent value for money, but unfortunately, they absolutely reeked of cigarettes. The service was friendly and helpful, although a small room hiccup was promptly addressed for a refund. The location was peaceful in a quiet area of Madrid, great for businessmen, but be cautious about staying near the lively party scene of Sol. Dining options were economically priced and convenient, although early breakfast times caused a slight inconvenience. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
